| Sound Structure Analyses of Three Species of Crickets (Orthoptera: Grylloidea) from Hubei Provice |

| Abstract:In this paper, the sound structure of three species of crickets from Hubei Province were studied. Songs of different species are different in the frequency domain characteristics and the time domain characteristics while those of the same species are all alike. The experiments show that the sound structure of crickets may be used as an important criterion for theiridentification. |
