| A newly recorded genus and two new species of Stratiomyinae (Diptera: Stratiomyidae) from China |

| Abstract:Two new species, Nothomyia elongoverpa sp. nov. and N. yunnanensis sp. nov., are described from China. Their relationships with related species are discussed and illustrations of the new species are provided. This is the first record of this genus in China. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University (GUGC). |
